The GTBuy Spreadsheet system operates through a multi-layer indexing pipeline. First, our scanners monitor major fashion marketplaces for new listings, price changes, and stock updates. This raw data flows into a categorization engine that assigns each item to the appropriate category node — Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, and so on.

Next, the verification layer kicks in. Each listing is cross-referenced against seller reputation databases, buyer review aggregators, and known quality benchmarks. Listings that fail basic verification are filtered out. The remainder receives a QC score that reflects overall reliability.
