STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL
How to Use GTBuy Spreadsheet Step-by-Step
A complete 15-minute walkthrough for first-time users. Learn filters, QC scores, watchlists, and exports from scratch.
Introduction
Mastering GTBuy Spreadsheet in 15 Minutes
Learning any new system feels intimidating until you understand its logic. The gtbuy spreadsheet interface follows a simple pattern: category → filter → verify → save. Once you internalize this four-step rhythm, every session becomes predictable and efficient.
This guide breaks down a typical first-use session into five timed phases. Follow along with the system open in another tab, and by minute fifteen you will have discovered at least three products worth tracking.
Tutorial
Your First 15 Minutes
Open the Main Index
Navigate to the GTBuy Spreadsheet homepage. The interface loads with 10 primary fashion categories displayed as visual tiles — Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants, Headwear, Sets, Underwear, Jersey, and Accessories. No account creation is required to browse.
Select a Category Filter
Click any category tile. The sub-index loads with filterable columns including price range, QC score, seller reputation, and recent drop status. Apply one filter at a time to understand how the grid responds.
Interpret QC Scores
Every product displays a color-coded QC score. Green means verified with positive buyer feedback. Yellow indicates limited review data. Red scores are hidden by default. Hover over any score to see the breakdown criteria.
Sort and Compare
Use the sort dropdown to arrange products by price (low to high), QC score (highest first), or recency. Select two or three items and use the compare checkbox to view them side-by-side in a modal overlay.
Save to Watchlist
Click the bookmark icon on any product card. Your watchlist auto-saves to browser storage. Return later to see price-change alerts and restock notifications. Export to CSV using the download button in the top-right.

FAQ
Common Tutorial Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. Basic browsing, filtering, and watchlist functions work without an account. Optional free registration unlocks email alerts and multi-device sync.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes. The entire interface is responsive. On smartphones, filters collapse into a bottom sheet and product cards stack in a single scrollable column.
What does QC score mean?
QC stands for Quality Control. It aggregates seller transaction history, buyer review sentiment, return rates, and photo verification into a single 0-100 score.
How do I export my watchlist?
Click the CSV export button in your watchlist panel. The file includes product names, URLs, current prices, QC scores, and date added — compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, and Apple Numbers.
